In this view we see the excess width in the nose just at and below the level of his eyes.  That width was softened by moving his nasal bones closer to each other.

The very tip of his nose sticks out because the cartilage just above the tip has been pushed off to his left side.

Questioner: Non-surgical Nose Job Procedures to Reduce Nose Size?
Are there any non-surgical procedures to make my nose smaller, or is surgery my only option?
(Questioner submitted photos)

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Nasal Reduction
Unfortunately, nasal reductioncannot be accomplished without surgical intervention. Nonsurgical rhinoplastyutilizes injectable fillers to correct nasal contour irregularities. Yourparticular deformity will require surgical rhinoplasty and consultation with aboard-certified plastic surgeon.
