Here you can see that his nose deviates to his left as it descends from the eyes down to the tip.  Correcting nasal deflections such as this is one of the most difficult tasks in rhinoplasty.  I tell my patients that it's not possible to make the nose completely straight; that the game is to see just how straight we can get it.
