From the front, we see that the jaw line is smoother, without the bulge of
the jowls and without the dents in front of the jowls. With time, sometimes very
little time, the skin will try to sag again, and the jowls will try to
re-appear, but with the pre-jowl implant helping to straighten the jaw line, the
facial skin won't appear to sag as early.
