In this frontal view, you can see that the tip of her nose was elevated
slightly: you can see a teeny bit more of her nostrils. Also, the
white dots near the tip of the nose, which represent the reflections of the
flashes, are higher in position in the after picture, another indication that
the nose was shortened.

Hi. A non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot remove a hump, nor can it raise a tip. The mechanics are easy: removing a hump and raising a tip would make a nose look smaller, but injecting something *into* the nose can only make it look larger! See?
