This base view is not typically used for looking at fat bulges in the lower
eyelids, because when you look up, gravity pulls the bulges back under your eye
a bit, and it minimizes the appearance of those bulges.
However, this is a good view to demonstrate how the divot along the bridge of
her nose was successfully filled in with an artificial implant.
