Even this base view shows that the middle portion of the nose was caved in.  After surgery, the shadowing along the sides of the nose shows that the height of the nose has been regained in the area of the divot.

Questioner: Please Could You Tell Me What They Can Do to my Nose to Make It Look Smaller. Would It Look Stupid?
I need it smaller asap :(

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Reduce the hump, and bring the nose back closer to your face
Hi,

From your photo, you seem to be a reasonable candidate for a rhinoplasty. See my "Web reference" link for a morph I made of your nose.

I brought the tip of your nose back closer to your face, and reduced the hump. I can't really tell from your photos here, but you may also have strong tip cartilages, and the tip could possibly be reduced in width.
