Note the improvement in the upper lip wrinkles.  Also, note that she still has wrinkles present, especially in the forehead and between the eyebrows.  No surgical technique is perfect.

The peel is somewhat more effective on skin that is thinner.  Thicker skin tends to heal more quickly from a peel and to show less improvement in the wrinkling.
