This young woman's nose appeared to sit too close to her face. She had
inadequate projection. The goal of her operation was to bring the tip
of her nose farther out from her face.
Her nose has some of the appearance of a cleft lip nose, but her lip is
perfect: she was injured in a jungle gym accident. The nose is reminiscent
of a cleft lip nose because persons with that congenital deformity often have an
associated deformity of the nasal tip cartilages that causes the tip of the nose
to sit too close to the face.

What Can Be Done to Improve the Appearance of my Nose? (Photos Provided)
I dislike the flat, boxy tip of my nose and the fact that it seems to have very defined edges like a cube. I'm wondering if it's possible to have the part overhanging my septum partly removed and reshaped, making the septum appear thinner and the tip rounder. I also wonder if it's possible to have the boxy edges literally shaved off. How possible would it be for my nose to be shaped more like Winona Ryder's, pointier, more graceful nose? Thank you for your help.

Hi, It does appear from the photos that your tip can be improved. Your photos, however, are far too small for a surgeon to see good detail. Post larger ones, and I'd be happy to make a morph showing what you could look like with a good rhinoplasty.
